OUR WARRANTIES

Nuova Frama products are 5-years guaranteed in compliance with the following methods:

To benefit from the warranty, the supply reference code must be communicated.

Products are guaranteed against breakdown ascribable to manufacture defects. Parts subject to wear, such as upholstery and varnish, are obviously not included.

During the first 12 months every repair for possible manufacturing defects will be completely free of charge.

From the 12th to the 60th month all spare parts will be free of charge and only labour and transportation costs from/to the client will be charged.

Nuova Frama srl reserves the right of not applying the present warranty in case of inappropriate product use, of product damage carried out by third parties or interventions carried out by unauthorised personnel.
